Like all Monkey 47 bottlings, the Distiller’s Cut is based on 47 hand-selected botanicals, including juniper, cranberries, herbs and spices from the Black Forest, as well as exotic ingredients from around the world. Traditional maceration and distillation in small batches result in a complex aromatic profile, which is given even finer nuance in the Distiller’s Cut 2023. Tasting Note

Colour: Crystal clear.

Nose: Intense juniper, herbs, floral notes and the signature botanical of the year with a fresh, spicy character.
