In the glass, the Scavi & Ray ICE PRESTIGE Spumante displays an intense straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights and a lively perlage. On the nose, juicy pears and fresh apples unfold, accompanied by orange, white flowers and subtle hints of exotic fruit. On the palate, the cuvée is juicy and delicately dry, with spicy fruit sweetness and a refreshing, effervescent perlage. The finish is fruit-forward, harmonious and pleasantly lingering.
