This allows it to develop a complex array of aromas characterised by fruity, spicy and woody notes. The Fettercairn 23 is bottled at 48.5% ABV, which superbly emphasises its depth and expressiveness. Cold filtration and colouring agents are deliberately avoided – entirely in keeping with authentic single malt tradition.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep golden amber.

Nose: Ripe tropical fruits, vanilla, caramel, toasted nuts and a hint of spices.

Finish: Long-lasting, warm and elegant with sweet, spicy notes and a gentle oak aftertaste.
