Zubrowka Rosé is a variant of the classic Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, flavoured with an infusion of natural extracts of raspberries, cranberries, rose hips, rose petals and juniper.

Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka is produced by Polmos, a Polish company, from rye and derives its characteristic aroma from the fragrant bison grass present in the bottle.

After distillation, the vodka undergoes a brief ageing process in oak barrels.

The name Zubrowka is derived from the Polish word for Wisent (Polish: Zubr) and has a long tradition dating back to the 14th century. In addition to Zubrowka, Polmos also produces Grasovka vodka.

Zubrowka Rosé is an interesting take on this traditional spirit, combining the flavours of fruit and herbs with the base of bison grass vodka.

Tasting Note

Colour: Pale pink.

Nose: Fruity, floral, raspberries, rosehips, grassy notes.

Palate: Smooth, berry fruit, lemongrass, black pepper.

Finish: Long-lasting.
