Tasting Note

A pale yellow colour in the glass. Delicately fruity on the nose, reminiscent of summer apples. Elegant and well-balanced on the palate, with delicate fruity notes. A long-lasting and smooth finish.

Serving temperature: 5–7 °C

Pairs superbly with light starters, Caprese salad or crackers with cheese.
