Production begins with native cane sugar honey, rather than molasses, which ensures a particularly soft and smooth texture. The spirit is then distilled using both traditional copper stills and modern column stills to achieve a perfect balance between depth and purity. It is aged in ex-bourbon and sherry casks, which give Dictador Amber its complex yet gentle character.
