It is in this spirit that Ukiyo Tokyo Dry Gin was created – a classic dry gin from Chiba, east of Tokyo. This gin pays homage to Japan’s rich terroir and unique diversity of flavours. It is distilled from local rice and refined with a selection of traditional Japanese botanicals, including yuzu peel, mikan peel, sakura blossom, sakura leaf and sansho pepper.
