Inspired by and named after Jerry Thomas, a pioneer of bar culture and known as the ‘Professor’ amongst bartenders, this vermouth combines historical heritage with contemporary elegance.

At the heart of Del Professore lies the copper-coloured Rosso, which derives its characteristic flavour from the use of Nebbiolo wine. The flavour profile is rounded off by a refined blend of mint, rhubarb, cloves and nutmeg, which lend the vermouth a complex yet harmonious array of aromas.

After a careful ageing period in casks, the Vermouth di Torino unfolds its full aroma. This vermouth is not merely a spirit, but a celebration of tradition and craftsmanship, taking the connoisseur on a flavour journey through the history of cocktails.
