Palmer & Co is a renowned champagne house located in France’s famous Champagne region. Since its foundation in 1947, Palmer & Co has been dedicated to creating first-class champagne. The grapes are sourced from some of the region’s finest vineyards, forming the basis for their premium champagnes.

One of the house’s outstanding champagnes is the Palmer & Co Champagne Rosé Solera, a refined cuvée composed of selected wines from the Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards of the ‘Montagne de Reims’. This cuvée is particularly characterised by the Pinot Noir Solera grape variety, which lends the champagne its elegant fruitiness and depth.

The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir Solera and Pinot Meunier emphasises its complex and balanced flavour profile. Each bottle is traditionally sealed with a natural cork, which preserves the quality and purity of the champagne.

Tasting Note

A pale rosé in the glass. On the nose, it is spicy with hints of cinnamon, vanilla, wild berries and blackcurrants. On the palate, it is wonderfully balanced, fresh and fruity with notes of ripe berries. A long-lasting finish.
