By blending two specially selected casks from Brazil, a harmonious balance has been achieved that brings out the characteristic features of both casks to the full.

The resulting rum is an ‘Agricole’, produced from an exclusive Brazilian variety of sugar cane. This variety is renowned for its exceptional quality and plays a key role in the unique flavours and outstanding quality of our product.

The distillation process was carried out with precision to preserve the natural flavours of the sugarcane, whilst a controlled alcohol content ensures that the final product is intense yet not overly strong. This results in a rum characterised by its density and richness, whilst retaining a pleasant body.

Furthermore, the ageing process takes place in Scotland, where the local climate and the use of selected ageing casks further refine the rum. This contributes to a fascinating overall character that further enhances the rum’s deep complexity and rich flavour.
