Tasting Note

Colour: Amber.

Nose: Rich, with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, fresh herbs, ripe apples and pears, toffee and heather honey.

Palate: Silky smooth, opulent, tropical fruits such as peaches and nectarines, chocolate, toffee, honeycomb, notes of cereal.

Finish: Long-lasting, elegant, complex, fruity, with hints of oak.
