This Bunnahabhain comes from the renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage. Andrew Symington, who founded the company in the late 1980s, has always maintained close ties with the distilleries and now owns an impressive Lager of over 10,000 casks. This special bottling is part of the Signatory 100 Proof Edition, which is renowned for its high-proof, uncoloured whiskies. However, this range offers not only whiskies with a high alcohol content, but also long-matured, affordable bottlings.

The Bunnahabhain 11 Years Old is a special edition from Signatory Vintage, created in collaboration with the environmental organisation Sea Shepherd. This Islay single malt Scotch whisky was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2024 from a single first-fill sherry butt, Cask #900791. Maturation entirely in a first-fill sherry butt contributes to the whisky’s deep aromatic complexity and intense colour, without overshadowing its original character.

Uncoloured and non-chill-filtered, this whisky offers an authentic and powerful tasting experience.
