Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to thrive. After farming their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now housed in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Tasting Note

A delicate pink colour in the glass. Intense and complex on the nose, with elegant, floral and fruity notes of berries such as redcurrants and wild berries. Soft and well-structured on the palate, with balanced acidity. A long-lasting and pleasant finish.

Residual sugar: 10–12 g/l.

Acidity: 5–6.50 g/l.

Serving temperature: 4–5 °C.
