Tasting Note

Light rosé in the glass. Very fruity and aromatic on the nose. The palate reveals a fresh and intense flavour of red fruits such as strawberries and redcurrants.

Acidity: 5.6g/litre.

Residual sugar: 15.6 g/litre.

Temperature: 8-10°C.

This wine goes very well with pork, poultry or vegetarian dishes.
