Tasting Note

Colour: Natural gold with an amber sheen.

Nose: Complex and inviting, with baked apricots, lemon meringue, barley sugar, wafts of smoke and a hint of damp peat.

Palate: Multi-layered with sweet vanilla, dry Madeira, spicy woody notes, green mint, smoky charcoal and a tart, salty maritime character.

Finish: Long-lasting, smoky and elegant with hints of cinnamon, malt sugar and a mysterious, earthy finish.
