The rum is made from sugar cane juice and water, and its high alcohol content of 65% vol. really brings out its distinctive characteristics. It acquires notes of dark raisins and subtle spices through ageing in sherry casks, which refines its aroma. As it was distilled in 2017 and has been aged for six years, it has reached a considerable age for a rum. The rum owes its colour entirely to the influence of the cask, as it has not been coloured.

As this is a single cask bottling, only 282 bottles have been produced, making the supply strictly limited. Given this small quantity, it is advisable to snap one up quickly. If you wish to uncover the secret of Cask 151, it is worth noting that the high alcohol content allows the rum to be diluted with a little water, which alters the flavour and releases different aromas.
