The company has been firmly established in bourbon production for many years and has developed several renowned brands, including Rebel Bourbon.

Rebel 100 Bourbon Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a 4-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon that impresses with a robust alcohol content of 50 per cent by volume. Matured in selected Oloroso sherry casks, this bourbon acquires its unique flavour profile, which is characterised by the original recipe from 1849. Maturation in the sherry casks lends it a special depth and sweet notes that blend perfectly with the characteristic ‘wheated’ bourbon style.

With a worldwide limited edition of just 6,000 bottles, this bourbon joins the ranks of exclusive finishes and offers collectors and connoisseurs a unique tasting experience.

Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber.

Nose: Fruity, with notes of sherry and oak.

Palate: Ripe figs, raisins, sherry notes, nuts, treacle.

Finish: Long-lasting.
