Cardenalito Rum is a blend of 5- to 6-year-old distillates sourced from Panama and Venezuela, which are then matured in oak and cherry wood casks in our warehouses in Italy. Thanks to the refining and ageing techniques, as well as the special characteristics of our casks and the unique microclimate of our region, it is possible to enhance the notes of sweet spices in this rum.

These specific conditions help the rum to develop exceptional depth and complexity. The combination of distillates from different countries and careful maturation in Italy results in a harmonious and balanced final product that showcases the diversity and sophistication of the raw materials used.

The long ageing period in specially selected wooden casks plays a key role in developing the intense aromas and smooth texture that characterise Cardenalito Rum.
