The unique combination of a gentle microclimate and centuries-old calcareous sandstone and clay soils creates ideal conditions for a particularly complex and mineral-rich Cartizze DOCG. The vineyards are cultivated in a double-arch system with around 2,500 vines per hectare, with the yield deliberately limited to a maximum of 120 quintals per hectare. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at 15-16 °C in order to optimally preserve the fine aromas. At 11.5% vol., Villa Sandi CARTIZZE La Rivetta DOCG Brut 2023 is precise, finely sparkling and exceptionally harmonious. Villa Sandi CARTIZZE La Rivetta DOCG Brut 2023 has a light straw yellow colour in the glass with a fine and long-lasting perlage. Elegant aromas of white fruit, fine citrus notes and floral nuances unfold on the nose. On the palate, the Glera Prosecco from Italy is fresh, mineral and harmonious, with a creamy perlage, precise fruit and elegant structure. The finish is fine, lively and exceptionally long-lasting.
