The Starward Distillery is located in Melbourne. Melbourne is Australia’s gourmet capital and also has some delicacies to offer whisky lovers.
The varied climate brings out both the characteristic aromas and delicious flavours of the spirit.
Every single ingredient comes from the local area and is sourced from no more than an hour’s drive away.
The Left-Field bottling is matured 100 per cent in French oak red wine casks from the Australian regions of the Barossa Valley and the Yarra Valley.
These wine casks previously contained Shiraz, Cabernet and Pinot Noir.

Tasting Note
Colour: Pale gold with reddish hues.
Nose: Tropical fruits, red apples, fresh berries.
Palate: Light tropical fruits, toasted oak, vanilla.
Finish: Long-lasting, French oak.
The Starward Distillery recommends serving Left-Field with tonic water, or with vermouth and grapefruit soda.
