This small, independent distillery is renowned for producing high-quality whiskies, crafted with great care and artisanal skill.

From the very beginning, the founders focused on quality and tradition, combined with an innovative approach. The West Cork Distillery uses crystal-clear spring water and carefully selected grains. This commitment reflects the spirit of innovation and craftsmanship that characterise the Irish whisky industry.

The whisky’s journey began in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, where it matured for four years before undergoing its true transformation when it was stored in exquisite rum casks from Panama for the final six months of its maturation. Having been triple-distilled, the West Cork Small Batch Rum Finish Very Rare Expression impressively demonstrates just how masterful Irish distilling can be.
