The Ferrari PERLÉ Brut 2018 is a vintage sparkling wine of the utmost elegance from the renowned Ferrari Trento house, which has been synonymous with excellent sparkling wines produced using the traditional method since 1902. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. and a delicate effervescence, this fine Trentodoc is a prime example of Italian craftsmanship and Alpine freshness. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in high-altitude vineyards in Trentino, where cool nights and sunny days provide the ideal conditions for fresh acidity and elegant aromas.

Ferrari PERLÉ Brut is vinified using the Metodo Classico (traditional bottle fermentation) and matures on the lees for at least 60 months before being disgorged. This extended maturation lends the sparkling wine depth, complexity and a silky texture. As a vintage wine, the 2018 reflects the characteristics of an excellent harvest year – clear, precise and harmonious. Tasting Note

In the glass, the Ferrari PERLÉ Brut displays a radiant golden-yellow colour with fine, long-lasting bubbles. On the palate, it is elegant and supple, with subtle minerality, a delicate hint of brioche and lively freshness. The finish is long and multi-layered, characterised by a perfect balance between fruit, acidity and maturity.
