Casa Paladin is a well-known Italian winery in the Veneto region, more precisely in the DOCG area of Valpolicella. The winery has a rich history dating back to the 1960s, when Carlo Paladin founded it.

The winemaking philosophy at Casa Paladin is to combine tradition with modern techniques to produce wines that express the unique terroir of the region. The winery uses a combination of traditional methods and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of its wines.

Paladin Prosecco Essenthia is made from 100% organically grown Glera grapes, which are harvested with the utmost care. After the harvest, the wine matures in pressurised tanks, where it develops its fine perlage and characteristic freshness. It is then bottled and sealed with a natural cork.

This Prosecco impresses with its balanced structure and lively flavours - an elegant pleasure for every occasion.

Tasting Note

Pale straw yellow in the glass. Fruity nose of white fruits and ripe apples. Pleasant, refined and juicy on the palate with notes of ripe fruit. The finish is long and persistent.

Drinking temperature: 8-10 °C

Ideal as an aperitif.
