This bottling is produced exclusively from 100% blue Weber agave and is initially aged in the traditional manner as an Añejo tequila in oak casks. This is followed by the crucial step: filtration, which removes the colour developed during cask ageing whilst preserving the complex aromas. Bottled at 40 per cent, this Cristalino Añejo is exceptionally smooth, clear and well-balanced.
