Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, siblings and founders of NORK, have been on a mission since 2016 to make Korn socially acceptable again. Drawing on their close bond and long-standing friendship, they are working to reinterpret this traditional spirit and breathe new life into the spirits scene. Their focus is on developing innovative liqueurs that present Korn in a modern context and break down the outdated perception of this category.

The basis for this liqueur is NORK Korn, blended with apple juice from ‘Klimaapfel’. The message behind Klimaapfel is ‘Battered but not beaten’, as it gives second-grade apples a new purpose. Although these apples have visual imperfections such as small dents, they offer the same high-quality flavour and the same standard as first-grade apples. With apples, it is often their outward appearance that determines their value, even though their internal qualities remain unchanged.

The juice made from ‘Klimaäpfel’ is therefore not only delicious but also sets an example for sustainability. Combined with NORK Doppelkorn, the result is a premium product characterised by its distinctive flavour nuances. As this is a natural product, it is recommended that you shake the bottle before drinking.

This liqueur is limited to 1,000 bottles.
