Bottega Ipanema Cachaça is made from fresh sugar cane juice, which is fermented in a controlled process after pressing in order to optimally preserve the natural flavours. Distillation then takes place in traditional alembic stills, creating the characteristic freshness and flavour. After distillation, the alcohol content is reduced to a pleasant 38% using demineralised water. The result is a harmonious and aromatic cachaça that impresses with its fresh sugar cane flavour and balanced structure.
