This rare distilling licence is awarded by the Italian tax authorities only to distilleries that stand out for their exceptional history and consistent quality. Sibona Grappa di Dolcetto is distilled from carefully selected grape marc from the Dolcetto grape variety. Even before the grape harvest, Sibona selects the finest Dolcetto grapes to ensure that only high-quality raw materials are used in the production of the grappa. This meticulous selection process underscores the exceptional quality of this grappa and gives it its characteristic, full-bodied flavour.

Thanks to this precise selection and the gentle distillation process, the Grappa di Dolcetto is a product that both preserves the typical characteristics of the Dolcetto grape and reflects the distillery’s artisanal tradition.
