The Isle of Raasay Distillery is the first licensed distillery on the picturesque island of Raasay, which is renowned for its breathtaking scenery and rich history. The Rye Finish Single Malt Whisky, a particular highlight of the distillery, is matured in carefully selected American ex-rye whisky casks from the renowned Woodford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky. This maturation in ex-rye casks imparts complex, spicy notes to the whisky, setting it apart from other Scotch whiskies.

Furthermore, the whisky is bottled in its most natural form, without the addition of colourings and without chill filtration, thereby preserving its purity and quality. Thanks to this gentle production process, the whisky develops a deep, full-bodied aroma that perfectly showcases the influence of the casks and reflects the unique craftsmanship of the Isle of Raasay Distillery.
