Takamaka ZEPIS KREOL Rum is a carefully crafted blend of various rums and spices, offering a unique range of flavours.
This blend consists of molasses rum distilled in both pot stills and column stills. Locally grown spices are added and macerated to impart the rum’s characteristic flavours.
Furthermore, the rum is refined using fine particles from ex-Merlot oak. An eight-year-old molasses rum from Barbados (Bajan Foursquare) is also incorporated into the blend to achieve additional depth and maturity.
Following careful production, the rum is aged for 60 days in old ex-bourbon casks. This Lager period allows the rum to develop its full flavour profile.
It is important to note that Takamaka ZEPIS KREOL rum is bottled without the addition of colourings or artificial additives. This underlines the authenticity and purity of this high-quality rum.
