Maison Ferrand, a family business since 1989, was created through the collaboration of Alexandre Gabriel and the traditional Pierre Ferrand family, one of the oldest Cognac producers in France. Headquartered in Paris, the company is dedicated to rediscovering and producing Cognacs that express the authentic, characteristic style of Grander Champagne. Alexandre Gabriel's vision was to produce Cognac that would reflect the historic charm of this renowned wine-growing region in every bottle.

Pierre Ferrand Cognacs are characterised by the fact that they are made exclusively from rare Grande Champagne grapes, which gives them a special quality. The "Ambré" bottling is a tribute to the great age of Cognac and is characterised by its floral and fruity nuances, which are typical of Grander Champagne.

The Trebbiano and Colombard grape varieties are used for the distillation, which are used specifically to further intensify the floral notes of the Cognac and create a complex, aromatic profile.

Tasting Note

Nose: Delicate, vanilla, sultanas, violets, notes of plums, apricots, apple and pear tart.

Flavour: Balanced, fruity, stone fruit, vanilla.
