The AEH Rainwater Medium Dry, one of its outstanding creations, is made from the Tinta Negra Mole and Verdelho grape varieties. Following vinification, this Madeira wine is aged for at least three years, during which time it develops its balanced, medium-dry character with subtle fruitiness and pleasant spiciness.

Tasting Note

Golden yellow in the glass. On the nose, notes of black cherries, plums, damsons and morello cherries emerge. These notes are echoed on the palate, alongside hints of beechwood smoke, dark chocolate and brown bread. A long-lasting finish.

Acidity: 4.2 g/l.

Residual sugar: 72.9 g/l.

Enjoy this Madeira with endive salad or stir-fried vegetables with fish. It also makes an excellent aperitif.
