Tasting Note

In the glass, the Penfolds BIN 389 Cabernet Shiraz 2021 displays a deep dark red colour with violet highlights. On the nose, intense aromas of blackcurrants, dark berries and plums unfold, accompanied by spicy notes, vanilla, chocolate and subtle toasted aromas. On the palate, this red wine is powerful and complex, with dense fruit, well-integrated tannins, elegant oak notes and impressive structure. The finish is long-lasting, intense and multi-layered.

The Penfolds BIN 389 Cabernet Shiraz 2021 pairs superbly with hearty meat dishes such as beef fillet, lamb, game, stews and grilled meat.
