After careful maturation, the sparkling wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork to preserve its freshness and quality as effectively as possible. Best enjoyed within 3 to 5 years, it can be savoured both young and with a little ageing, during which it develops even greater complexity. Its fine, sparkling mousse and elegant aromas make it a true highlight amongst sparkling wines.

Tasting Note

A pale gold colour with a fine, lively effervescence in the glass. The bouquet is characterised by fruity notes of ripe pears and yellow apples, accompanied by delicate hints of brioche resulting from bottle ageing. On the palate, it is dry, fresh and wonderfully balanced, with a delicate acidity and an elegant style. The finish is long, creamy and mineral, with a pleasant freshness that leaves you longing for the next sip.
