During production, the lemons are processed, with the peel being used separately to extract intense flavours.


For Le Tribute Olive Lemonade, the lemon peel is distilled together with a small quantity of olives, extracting natural oils and delicate aromatic compounds. A hint of seawater enhances the lemon and olive flavours and lends a distinctive flavour profile. The base is pure spring water from the distillery’s own source, filtered using reverse osmosis. The delicate and long-lasting carbonation is achieved through gentle carbonation and cooling to 2 °C before bottling. The result is a modern premium lemonade with a Mediterranean character and exceptional aroma.
