Dos Maderas Selección Superior Reserve Triple Aged is an exceptional rum from the Spanish brandy and sherry house Williams & Humbert; its name – which translates as ‘two woods’ – refers to its unique ageing process.

Dos Maderas Selección Rum is the result of a masterful blend of ten-year-old rums from Barbados and Guyana with the finest PX casks from Dos Maderas. The production process combines the best of both worlds: the intense, aromatic rums from the Caribbean are blended in Spain with Williams & Humbert’s fine Pedro Ximénez rums, which are renowned for their depth and sweetness thanks to their double ageing in sherry casks.

The influence of the PX casks imparts a velvety smoothness and a perfectly balanced sweetness that harmoniously complements the powerful character of the Caribbean rums.

Tasting Note

Colour: Mahogany.

Nose: Spicy, ripe figs, raisins and plums, vanilla cream.

Palate: Raisins, figs, sherry sweetness, creamy vanilla, oak.

Finish: Long-lasting, spicy, with hints of sherry.
