Dewar's Double Double 20 Years Old is a Scotch whisky produced using a unique, four-stage maturation process. Inspired by a method developed by Dewar's as early as 1901, this elaborate process involves the separate maturation of malt and grain whiskies, their blending, a further period of maturation, and a final finishing in Oloroso sherry casks.
