Boulard Calvados Pays d’Auge V.S.O.P. is a high-quality fruit brandy from Normandy in France, characterised by its light and fruity flavour, which is why it is particularly prized by connoisseurs of French spirits.

Made from carefully selected apples, the process begins with the fruit being pressed after harvest and then fermented into cider. This cider undergoes double distillation in traditional copper stills, which gives the spirit its purity and aromatic complexity.

After distillation, the Calvados is aged for at least four years in oak casks, during which time it develops a harmonious complexity. This ageing process brings out aromas that offer a balanced combination of fruity notes, subtle woody tones and delicate spices.
