Ron Quorhum 12 Años Solera comes from the Dominican Republic and is produced by the Oliver & Oliver distillery, which is also renowned for producing Cubaney rum. The rum is distilled using the classic pot-still method, which ensures a particularly refined and aromatic quality. It is then matured using the Solera method, whereby the rum is aged in ex-bourbon casks made of American oak. This process ensures a harmonious blend of flavours and contributes significantly to the quality of the final product.

The Juanillo Oliver family, which has Cuban roots, looks back on a long tradition of rum production. In the Solera method, a portion of the rum is transferred from younger casks to older ones, thereby ensuring a consistently high level of maturity. Alongside Quorhum, other well-known rum brands from the Dominican Republic include Brugal Rum and Barceló Rum, which represent the diversity and quality of the country’s rum production.
