It is a strictly limited small-batch release that is particularly appealing to connoisseurs and enthusiasts of exclusive whiskies.

The maturation process for this single malt begins in bourbon casks, laying the foundation for its balanced character. The whisky is then given a five-year finish in Oloroso sherry casks, which imparts its distinctive and complex flavours.

Bottled at 46% ABV and unchill-filtered, the Edradour Caledonia retains its natural structure and intensity. This special combination of traditional production methods, unique cask selection and limited editions makes this whisky an outstanding example of Scottish distilling craftsmanship.

Tasting Note

Colour: Gold.

Nose: Sweet, creamy, honey, notes of dried figs, sherry, a hint of oak.

Palate: Berries, honey, sherry, hints of caramel, toasted almonds.

Finish: Long-lasting, spicy, a hint of cocoa.
