The barrel-aged Abakus Gelber Bellefleur is an outstanding apple brandy, produced from a traditional apple variety. For generations, the apple growers of Puch have devoted themselves to cultivating and refining their apples in order to present the very best that nature has to offer in liquid form.

The Yellow Bellefleur is an old, prized winter dessert apple variety that can be stored until April. Its striking, often irregular shape with angular features and yellow colouring is characteristic of this variety. The flesh is juicy, fine-grained and of medium firmness, with a sweet and delicately balanced flavour. These special qualities make it an ideal base for the Abakus Gelber Bellefleur, the distillation of which reflects the knowledge and skill of Styrian apple growers to the highest degree.
