The use of pure water from the High Fens and organic grain alcohol gives the gin its clear, unadulterated base. The flavour profile is complemented by a harmonious composition of juniper berries, lychee and cherry, which provide fruity nuances. Orange peel gives the gin a fine citrus note, while basil and rosemary provide a fresh, herbal depth. The flavour is rounded off by the subtly spicy influence of Chinese star anise.
