In collaboration with an experienced master distiller, the classic recipe for Panda Gin has been further developed and refined. The use of pure water from the High Fens and organic grain spirit gives the gin its clear, unadulterated base. The flavour profile is complemented by a harmonious blend of juniper berries, lychee and cherry, which provide fruity nuances. Orange peel lends the gin a delicate citrus note, whilst basil and rosemary impart a fresh, herb-infused depth. The flavour profile is rounded off by the subtly spicy influence of Chinese star anise.
