The Antica Torino Vermouth di Torino Bianco is a classic Italian Vermouth with the protected origin Vermouth di Torino, which reflects the aromatic tradition of Piedmont in an authentic and artisanal form. Produced by Antica Torino, this Bianco is based on an original family recipe from the 1940s and 1950s, which was revived in 2016 with the aim of bringing historical flavours and Piedmontese classics to life. The recipe is a personal legacy within the founding family and remains unchanged to this day.


The aromatic basis is formed by wormwood, marjoram, sage, coriander and iris, which are macerated together in a solution, while liquorice is processed separately due to its distinctive character. The botanicals macerate for 30 days in 96-proof alcohol, after which the tinctures are pressed, blended with Italian white wine, alcohol and burnt beet sugar and left to mature for 45-60 days in stainless steel tanks. After filtration, a further 30-45 days of bottle ageing follows. At 16% vol., this Bianco is milder than red or dry Vermouth, extremely fresh and easy to drink. Bottled in a 0.75 litre bottle, it stands for versatility, balance and classic elegance.

Tasting Note

A light, pale yellow colour in the glass. Expressive floral notes on the nose with a clear hint of liquorice, finely spiced and elegant. Round and pleasant on the palate with a delicate sweetness, floral freshness, subtle spiciness and a harmonious finish. The finish is clean, refreshing and pleasantly lingering.
