Since 1989, Trummer Frucht has been committed to preserving regional orchard meadows and heritage fruit varieties in southern Burgenland. The family-run business began with its own fruit press and has continued to develop over the past 35 years – from its first production facility to the modern farm shop in Pinkafeld. Today, the company employs over 20 staff and has been run by Martin Trummer, representing the next generation, since January 2022.

Trummer Uhudler Liqueur captures the characteristic aromas of Uhudler grapes in a unique blend. With its intense berry fruitiness, a subtle spiciness and a refined depth, this liqueur embodies the unmistakable qualities of southern Burgenland.

A deep cherry red in the glass. On the nose, intensely fruity with pronounced aromas of ripe wild berries, raspberries and strawberries, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a delicate spiciness. Full-bodied and harmonious on the palate, with a pleasant sweetness. A long-lasting finish.
