The Weingut Müller Klöch, situated in the picturesque Klöch region of south-eastern Styria, was founded in 1973 by Walter Müller. Today, his son Stefan Müller successfully continues to run the family business. The family’s vineyards are situated in the premier sites of Hochwarth and Seindl, which, thanks to their unique geographical location and ideal climate, offer perfect conditions for viticulture. These conditions enable the grapes to ripen to perfection, which is clearly reflected in the flavour of the wines.

Müller Klöch Sauvignon Blanc Ried Seindl comes from one of the finest sites in the south-eastern Styrian wine region. The Ried Seindl site is characterised by distinctive soil conditions and a mild climate, which provide optimal conditions for the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety.

The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and gently processed to preserve their freshness and the variety’s characteristic expressiveness. Precise vinification ensures a multi-layered structure with a harmonious balance between fruit, acidity and minerality, giving this Sauvignon Blanc its clear and elegant style.

Tasting Note

A pale straw-yellow colour in the glass. On the nose, intense aromas of blackcurrants, green tea and spicy wasabi nuts. Elegant and mineral on the palate, with a subtle salty note and a hint of exotic fruits. A long-lasting finish.

Pairs superbly with shellfish and crustaceans, seafood, crayfish and fine fish dishes.
