The cuvée is composed of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Dorsa, Syrah and Blaufränkisch. All the grapes come from vineyards in the hot, dry plains of the Palatinate, where the natural heat retention ensures optimal ripeness and intense aromas. The wine is matured gently and precisely to preserve the varietal character and harmony of the cuvée. With an alcohol content of 14% vol., the Black Print is powerful, juicy and displays impressive depth. It is also vegan and embodies modern, sustainable wine enjoyment.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Schneider Black Print 2022 displays a deep, dark ruby red colour with violet highlights. On the nose, intense aromas of blackcurrants, cherries, ripe blackberries and a hint of spices and dark chocolate unfold. On the palate, it is full-bodied, juicy and complex, with ripe tannins, dense fruit and a delicately spicy structure. The finish is long, elegant and characterised by rich fruit.
