The production of Liquore Strega is a true meisterwerk of the Italian art of liqueur-making. First, the selected herbs and spices are macerated in alcohol to perfectly extract their flavours and essential oils. After maceration, the liqueur is distilled and then aged to achieve a harmonious balance between sweetness and the characteristic herbal flavour.
