Champagne Lallier Blanc de Blancs Brut Grand Cru is an exceptional champagne made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. These grapes come from the prestigious Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs, in particular from the villages of Avize, Cramant and Oger, which are renowned for their excellent Chardonnay vines. The choice of these noble sites gives this champagne an exceptional finesse and elegance that makes it a true Champagne meisterwerk.

The Blanc de Blancs is vinified according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, a process in which the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. The champagne matures on the lees for at least 36 months, which gives it a fine perlage and complex flavour. This long ageing process ensures the perfect balance between freshness and maturity that characterises this champagne.

Tasting Note

Light yellow with emerald green reflections in the glass. The nose reveals a delicate bouquet of hawthorn, acacia and hawthorn blossom, accompanied by nutty notes and a hint of praline and fresh pastries. On the palate, this champagne displays the purity and freshness of Chardonnay, supported by a delicate fullness and a hint of citrus fruits such as lemon and yuzu. Long-lasting and elegantly fresh on the finish.
