A key quality feature of this tequila is the precise separation of the two distinct distillations – the heads and tails are consistently separated from one another right from the first distillation. This ensures that only the heart of the distillate is retained, which is synonymous with purity, clarity and a balanced flavour profile. After distillation, the tequila is left to rest for two months in stainless steel tanks, which serves as a form of stabilisation. This brief maturation lends the distillate an added roundness without losing its fresh, clear character.
