The composition of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle gives this white wine an impressive freshness and aromatic depth. The grapes come from carefully selected plots with chalky and loamy soils that promote minerality and fruit intensity.

Tasting Note

Gold with light ivory-coloured nuances in the glass. Intense citrus aromas on the nose, followed by floral notes such as hawthorn and jasmine and a hint of fresh apricot. Fresh on the palate with flavours of kaffir lime and a hint of aniseed, accompanied by elegant floral notes. Long and persistent on the finish.

An ideal accompaniment to light starters, fresh seafood and fish dishes. It harmonises particularly well with oysters, grilled salmon or a creamy lemon pasta. It is also an excellent accompaniment to summer salads with goat's cheese or crunchy vegetables.
