The Scolari Bellerica Rosé is a lively and complex rosé wine that reflects the tradition and passion of the Scolari Winery. The family-run Scolari Winery is renowned for its dedication to producing high-quality wines in the region around Lake Garda, where the grapes thrive in ideal climatic conditions. The rosé is vinified from a carefully selected blend comprising 50 per cent Groppello Gentile and Groppello di Mocasina, 20 per cent Marzemino, 15 per cent Sangiovese and 15 per cent Barbera. These unique grape varieties give the wine an exceptional balance between fruitiness, freshness and structure.

The grapes for the Scolari Bellerica Rosé grow on stony, limestone-rich soils, which lend the wine a refreshing minerality. Ageing in stainless steel tanks ensures that the freshness and fruity aromas are optimally preserved, whilst at the same time maintaining the wine’s natural elegance.

A versatile rosé that reflects the craftsmanship of the Scolari estate and is a delight on both festive occasions and relaxed summer evenings.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Scolari Bellerica Rosé displays a delicate, pale rosé hue. On the nose, aromas of fresh red berries such as strawberries and raspberries unfold, accompanied by floral notes and a hint of citrus. On the palate, the wine is refreshing and well-structured, with balanced acidity and juicy fruitiness. The balanced blend of grape varieties and the mineral complexity of the soil lend the wine a depth that fades gently and harmoniously on the finish.

Serving temperature: 9–10 °C

This rosé is a perfect aperitif and pairs superbly with light starters such as fresh salads, sushi or grilled vegetables.
